It's great when you have someone to teach you! I am a big fan of audio books, since I can listen to them on the train or in bed. A well narrated audio book brings much more life to a subject, I find. Franklin Covey offers audio book downloads of some of their classic works, such as "First Things First," and "The Four Disciplines of Execution."
This last one is a short one, which I actually downloaded for free on Emusic, when I took a free trial and got one audio book. It was very worth it. You can try to get it there in the same way, or buy it on Franklin Covey's web site
